How do I change the email address on my Profile?
You can use the steps below to change the email address on your account:
**Please note that you will not be able to change the email address if you are signed in to the Mobile App. This process will need to be completed while signed in to the profile on a Web Browser.
**If your profile is authenticated using "Continue with Google/Facebook/Apple" you will not be able to change the email address in your profile. Please contact support@payitgov.com if this is the case.
1. Log in to your PayIt Profile
2. Select the round profile icon located on the top-right hand corner of your screen
3. Scroll down to the section that contains your Payit Login Information and click the Change link located above your email address
4. Enter and confirm your new email address and click the Save Changes button
