Here are a few troubleshooting steps if you did not receive your Password Reset email:
- Confirm all of the steps were followed from How do I reset my password?
- Check Spam folders by email subject "PayIt Account"
- If you initially set up your PayIt account using Continue with Facebook or Continue with Google , you will not receive a password reset email. Your username/password is managed within their systems. If you would like to Continue with Email, let us know and we can switch it for you.
